Sizes I build
Standard
24"–30"
The size most people order. Fits over a door or a desk.
Large
31"–36"
Reads as the main piece on a wall, with room for more layers.
XL
37"–42"
Sized for over a couch, a bed or a garage bench.
Statement
43"–48"+
Full wall size. I quote these one at a time.
Sizes are measured on the longest side. Wide pieces like name signs measure across, tall pieces like crosses measure top to bottom, so a 37" cross is 37" tall.
I don't cut anything under 24". Below that the inside cuts get too tight to keep clean with a jigsaw.
